Anthony M. Vogler

Well, after leaving you all, I headed off to Tampa, FL.  I received a 
Bachelor of Science degree from The University of Tampa in 1970 where 
I majored in Economics and Business Administration and minored in 
Chemistry and Mathematics.  I came back to Eastchester, got married 
in '75, divorced in '78 & moved to Bronxville, and to Harrison in 
1981.

In 1971 I founded Padtech, Inc., a textile machinery importing and 
sales company, which I owned and operated for 4 years.  Concurrently, 
I was director of research and development of new products and 
manufacturing systems for LCJ Industries, Inc., a major textile 
converter in NY City.

In 1975 I began my financial career as a senior credit analyst in 
the commercial loan division at Manufacturers Hanover Trust Co.  
During 1978 & 79 I was a stock and bond trader managing money for 
several family members and myself.  I was securities licensed in 1980 
and became a Registered Representative of Ernst & Company, with an 
office in the Westchester Country Club where, for 11 years, I 
concentrated on the growth of and income from financial assets - 
mainly stocks and bonds.  In 1991, with my move to Advest, I became 
insurance licensed for variable annuities and life insurance as well 
as health, disability, accident and long term care insurance, 
representing most of the major insurance companies.  I then began 
the transition to financial planning for small business owners, 
professionals, executives and retirees and their families usually 
through a coordinated effort between myself and my client's lawyers 
and accountants.  Additionally, I also transitioned into employee 
benefit plan design, which includes: 401-K, profit sharing and money 
purchase plans; group health, life, disability and long term care 
insurance; cafeteria and medical savings plans; 529 college savings 
plans and employee stock purchase plans.  In 1996 I founded Harrison 
Financial Services, which changed its name to The Harrison Group in 
2002.  Separately, since May 1997 I have been a Registered 
Representative of Royal Alliance Associates, Inc.
